They’re the classic high tops, with pigskin lining, 14oz heavy weight canvas, and the classic ankle patch. It’s also made in the USA, so you don’t have to worry about outsourcing your nostalgia. The shoes are hand painted and hand stamped too, so there’s a lot of time and energy being spent to make sure you can run like kids from the 1960s. Thinking about just how far those guys ran, you have to wonder why marathons are still called marathons. Also, is that how people used to meet James Earl Jones, or was that just for the movie?
