Inspired by his wife’s great-grandfather’s pocket journals from the 1900s and the detailed picture that each notebook painted of his life, designer/illustrator Jon Contino (his work has appeared on everything from clothing to walls to liquor to beer) teamed up with Word. Notebooks to create a modern iteration of this storied notebook. We call it The Standard Memorandum, and now it’s back for 2016. Each Made in the USA notebook measures 2.35″ x 5.25″ and includes 64 pages for you to jot down a line or two every day of the year. Whether you’re using it to remember for yourself, or planning to pass it down to future generations, each Standard Memorandum is a year of your life on paper.
