First used for NASA astronauts in space, this internal tension disc technology allows free-weight-like resistance in a small package with increased smoothness and convenience. The NOVA has up to 40 pounds of resistance and provides a variety of workouts. T-handles have been added to accommodate for the increased resistance, and you can also add accessories to provide more versatility.
