The fitness game has changed in the blink of an eye, and just about everyone who’s dedicated to getting in shape or staying in shape is doing so at home these days. OYO Fitness has added more resistance to their original SpiralFlex technology gym to create the NOVA. First used for NASA astronauts in space, this internal tension disc technology allows free-weight-like resistance in a small package with increased smoothness and convenience. The NOVA has up to 40 pounds of resistance and provides a variety of workouts. T-handles have been added to accommodate for the increased resistance, and you can also add accessories to provide more versatility. Moreover, it packs away in your luggage or backpack, so you can get a workout wherever you go. It’s now on Kickstarter and has already blown out its goal with over a month left in the campaign.
