Adam Savage Made a Work Bag Inspired by NASA

There’s a lot of awesomeness in the subject line we have to unpack. For starters, yes, that Adam Savage. The former Mythbusters madman has turned his attention back to industrial design. One of the first products rolling out of Savage Industries (fantastic name, FYI) is the EDC One, a bag for your everyday gear inspired by the Temporary Storage Bag astronauts relied on during the moon landing. Made in the USA with the help of Mafia Bags (another fantastic name, FYI), the EDC One is constructed from upcycled and salvaged sailcloth, meaning each bag is slightly unique. It also means each is lightweight and insanely durable. Every detail is well thought out, which should come as no surprise to any fan of Savage. Magnets hold the handles together, the clamshell mouth is supported by wide spring steel, and the base is reinforced with para-aramid synthetic fiber. All individually numbered, this is your new do-everything bag.
