It starts with the award-winning Peerless Rye Whiskey that’s non-chill filtered and strictly sweet mash except this time around it’s barrel proof and clocks in a hefty 111.5 proof. After that, the complex rye goes into a Copper & Kings Absinthe Alembic barrel for additional finishing that imparts the absinthe flavors into the whiskey itself.
