Italian menswear brand Nemen recently teamed up with Puma for two separate iterations of the Centaur sneaker that draw inspiration from the worlds of motorsport racing and military gear. In practice, that means highly technical and extremely functional kicks ala Nemen’s core ideals and concepts that are rendered through the lens of Puma wearability. In actuality, this means two discrete sneakers that are built with a similar, cutting edge focus while still having different lacing systems. Both the white with black and murdered out, black on black on black options incorporate zip openings at the collar and aggressive rubber wrap-ups at the midsole, while the contrasting option if traditional lace-up and the all black version includes a lace-free DISC closure system like you’ll find in snowboard / ski boots. Either option is a huge upgrade to your footwear line-up, but for our money, we’re going with the all-black option for the laceless closure system.
