St. Patrick’s Day might be over and you’re probably lying to yourself about never drinking again, but take one second here for a bit more St. Patty’s talk. Converse recently dropped their 2013 St. Patrick’s Day CTS sneakers and they’re mighty fine. Drawing inspiration from the Warren St. Tavern (a Boston pub legend), the low-top sneakers feature tan uppers, red rust colored laces, and drop-in Lunarlon insoles. You may be asking where the green is at, and while the foxing stripe sports a touch along with the lining and tag, these don’t scream St. Patty’s Day like tiny green hats and fake red beards. What they do have is a ton of style and the desirability factor of a Shamrock Shake with a touch of whiskey.
