Nike is no stranger to innovative design in the world of clothing. In the case of the legendary, record-breaking Vaporware sneakers, that got them into some trouble initially with the Olympics committee. The upcoming Nike ISPA Inflate Jacket is built with that same break-the-rules spirit of innovation except the focus is on making spring weather a little more bearable. This NASA-style, translucent jacket has a hood, enormous on-seam pockets and full-zip closure, but what really sets it apart from the other options is the internal blue bladder that can be manually inflated and deflated depending on the conditions to create an internal temperature difference of up to five degrees. The technology is built on the 2006 Nike Airvantage, but this modern version is far more fleshed out, approachable and, dare we say it, stylish. The Nike ISPA Inflate Jacket will be available in a few days, just in time for spring.
