Ring is about to change the way you interact with and use your devices. When you’re wearing it, you can write and send text messages, turn on your TV, play some music, make payments, and do plenty more with simple waves of your finger. Customize the gestures and use them to perform countless tasks. Ring uses a Bluetooth Low Energy signal to connect to compatible devices and hardware and, as the company says, “shortcut everything.” Basically, you’ll feel like a wizard. The wearable device also sports a series of LEDs and can vibrate so you can receive alerts right on your finger and respond to them with a few swipes in the air if necessary. The Kickstarter campaign already crushed its goal, but you can still get in on the early bird special and save a few bucks if you’re interested.
