2015 BMW M3 & M4

Reason 1 & 2 to work hard next year and make bank. The (released earlier than expected) 2015 BMW M3 & M4. Originally slated for official debut in Detroit next month, we have details for you today. And BMW does not disappoint. In an interesting move, BMW decided to keep the M3 in sedan form and spin-off the coupe into the M4. Powering both will be a new 3.0 Twin Turbo straight six putting out 425 hp and 406 lb ft of torque, with the majority of the power between 1850 and 5500 rpms. All this smile inducing power will be put to the asphalt via either a 6 spd manual or 7 spd automatic with 0 – 60 in just under 4 seconds for the manual. And while nobody would accuse the M of being a lead sled, it could always lose a few pounds. Thankfully BMW has leaned heavily on the Carbon Reinforced Plastic technology from the i3 to shed hundreds of pounds off the new M models. Available Summer 2014
