For anyone that regularly watches Walking Dead, we know that a Zombie invasion is only a question of when, not if. For the vigilant among us, preparation is key. Basic first steps: zombie proof shelter, food and water, and appropriate weapons. The question begs, what happens if we have to travel due to our shelter being overrun by hungry zombies? The passionate automotive experts at Fluid MotorUnion have built what could be a perfect auto to assist in your survival. Beginning with essentially a crashed BMW X5, they crafted what they call Project X. They began by lifting the X5 1.5 inches and adding a steel bumper and roof rack. The aluminum snorkel is a nice touch for unexpected bodies of water. A smattering of performance upgrades get Project X moving in a hurry. A slick touch is the custom exhaust system and Wide Open Throttle box that will actually shoot fireballs out of the tailpipes. Project X is finished with a slick custom matte finish, and appropriately named “Crusher” off-road tires.
