If you ask almost anyone what the most influential sneaker of all time is, they’re probably going to say Nike Air Force Ones. If you didn’t own a pair when you were little, you dreamed about it. If you did own a pair, you guarded those things with your life, never took them off, and dreamed about another pair. The same is true about the Carlsson OD-11 speakers that were released in 1974. Teenage Engineering has teamed up with the Carlsson Foundation to release their version of the OD-11 which is designed for the people, like us, that live in the cloud. The Cloud Speaker cube houses a 100W amp, integrated wifi, sound processor and a tweeter to pull your music out of thin air. They also designed a remote from the ground up that is, literally, as easy to operate as a volume knob on the front of a stereo. You can even assign multiple of the magnetic remotes (yeah, you can toss a volume knob on your fridge) to multiple playlists to really get creative with controlling your tunes.
