For most guys, dinner isn’t something that involves cooking. It’s ordered off a menu (bar, drive-thru or otherwise), probably includes a beer and, most likely, isn’t all that good for you. It’s fine every once in a while, but it’s not the greatest idea to make a daily occurrence. Mad Hungry was written by Martha Stewart Living’s Executive Food Director Lucinda Scale Quinn, who started cooking professionally as a teenager, has a cooking show and is a frequent guest on lots of important other shows. In other words, she knows what she’s talking about, so bear with us here. From grab-and-go breakfasts, to single-skillet meals, to dishes that make great leftovers, Quinn has first-hand experience trying to fill up stomachs for four guys. At the end of the day, it’s useful life knowledge that you can apply to save money, lose weight and maybe even impress a girl.
