Ten years ago, graffiti wasn’t the artistic behemoth it is now. Reserved for rail cars and dilapidated buildings in need of a good tagging, it wasn’t considered gallery worthy. Banksy helped change all of that and now he’s getting his due for it. Banksy: You Are An Acceptable Level of Threat covers the last ten years of Banksy’s work from the streets to the galleries in a 240 page hardcover compendium. Gary Shove and Patrick Potter have quite a few street art books under their belts at this point in time, so taking a crack at graffiti’s prodigal son was only a matter of time.
