We aren’t going to pretend we always understand art. When Marcel Duchamp put a urinal on the wall and called it art we thought it was just for the drunk museum goers who, after a few too many free Chardonnays, lost their inhibitions and their bladder control. So, while we might not judge The Life of Fly as a book of “art work” we can say it makes for a comical read to toss on your coffee table. Magnus Muhr, a Swedish photographer, has discovered/imagined the life of the average housefly, and apparently it includes far more than continuously crashing into your freshly Windex-ed windows. The little buggers can be seen catching a few rays, ripping penalty shots and enjoying their short little lives to the fullest.
