The idea of a guy firing a gun at some tin cans evokes images of overalls, pieces of hay propped between lips like long ashy cigarettes and the frequent yelling of the word “boy.” Assuming we ever found those tin cans by chance off some dirt road, chances are we wouldn’t think, “Hey, this would look great in my foyer!” The Beatty Light takes the same basic approach – the steel was fired at with a shotgun thus creating holes for light to pour out onto your hardwood floors – and makes it desirable. The light uses standard bulbs and CFL’s and is 5″ in diameter and 10″ tall and it looks way better than hanging a bullet-ridden can of Pabst from your ceiling.
