A new electric bike just bowed from UK’s BREKR. The stylish but spartan bike uses a radical aluminum frame with the top and down tubes merged in a single piece. The electrical bits are contained within the frame for a clean look. Instead of suspension, the bike gets big tires to manage bumps and gaps, and the adjustable seat absorbs additional impacts. The Model F also benefits from a removable battery that powers the rear-wheel hub motor that sends the e-bike to a top speed of 15 mph via a belt drive. Range is 45 miles. The company is taking pre-orders for September 2023 delivery.
