Aditya Pandharpure’s Behance page is a portfolio of clean lines and accent colors, which are two things you could also say about Nintendo’s early product design. That means it’s not a far jump for Pandharpure to put together a Nintendo product concept. His radio takes the obvious design cues from the NES, and his mood board revolves around the original Game Boy, a controller we’ll admit we’ve never seen before, and the black and white version of the Switch. What he ends up with is a clever bit of retrotech. The volume controls and tuner are the old D-pad and the A, B, X, and Y buttons become the AM/FM switcher and power buttons. It even has the Game Boy’s curved bottom right corner.
