The James Brand has always had a bit of nostalgia in their brand identity. They make knives and EDC tools for the everyman that lives adventurously, harkening back to nature through their products. Their latest collaboration is with the record subscription company Vinyl Me, Please. The Abbey, the product borne out of this collaboration, is a fixed blade knife that has a recycled LP inlay on the handle. It’s perfect for everyday use like, say, opening your box of vinyl records that just came in the mail. It’s this sort of collaboration, which honors what each brand can bring to the table, that makes me want to go out and buy one today. You can, in fact, get yours as well, for just $79.
