Vibrant colors on watch dials are all the rage this year, and California-based Vaer Watches is joining the bright-hued watch ranks with its A3 Atlas Orange. The modestly sized 36mm case gets its boldness from the bright matte orange dial that skims the surface of red, so it’s rich and vivid. The Japanese Miyota 9015 automatic movement is protected by an anti-shock system and also gets hacking seconds and 42 hours of power reserve. Domed sapphire protects the dial, and you can choose from an array of straps. Our favorite is the stainless steel jubilee bracelet that adds vintage style. If orange is too bold for you, there’s a handsome navy-dialed version, as well.
