This Apple Auction Features a Huge Collection of Vintage and Autographed Gear

While we can all definitely agree that the most recent Apple innovations have left more than a little to be desired when compared versus Android offerings, there’s no denying the fact that old school, Jobs-era, Apple creations helped set the bar for what would be possible in the world of computing. If you’re looking for old school tech and Apple memorabilia, you won’t find better than the RR Auctions upcoming Steve Jobs & Apple Auction that kicks off in a few days. Former Apple product design engineer Jerry Manock has decided to auction off a fully functional Apple-1 computer, 14″ x 11″ photo of the Apple-1 signed by Woz, Mac Portable, Apple II poster from 1977, Macintosh 128K (with In Appreciation: Jerry Manock plaque), 1977 Apple II computer contract signed by Jobs himself, and the list goes on and on. We’re still not quite sure how the aforementioned contract is expected to fetch $35k when a Macintosh PowerBook 190cs also signed by Jobs is only expected to fetch $10k, but that’s just how auctions work. The Steve Jobs & Apple Auction preview begins on March 5th with bidding to wrap up on the 12th, so get those pocketbooks ready if you’re looking to invest in some old-school Apple memorabilia.
