Carrying on with House of Cards without Kevin Spacey seemed like the toughest challenge Netflix would ever face just months ago. Alas, that’s chump change compared to what the streaming giant has up its sleeves. Say hello to the official trailer for The Other Side of the Wind, a long-unfinished project from none other than Orson Welles. Yup, we’re getting a new Orson Welles film. Shot between 1970 and 1976, the project ran into numerous roadblocks over the course of production, including a handful of financial and management issues. The story, which is told through a mockumentary style, focuses on Jake Hannaford, a Hollywood director who dies in a car crash on his 70th birthday. Right before he passed, Hannaford sought to kickstart his career again with a racy film entitled The Other Side of the Wind. This is probably the last “new” Welles film, so get hyped.
