Dropping almost $1.5 million on a house with 3 beds, 2 baths and less than 2,000 square feet (1,702 to be exact) that’s described by the realtor as an “amazing development opportunity” might seem ridiculous—until you factor in the location. 4145 Kraft Avenue, Studio City, CA 91604 is the address, but the more important aspect of the location is that it was the house of Quentin Tarantino’s Jimmy from Pulp Fiction. That’s right, the same kitchen where Jules, Vincent and Jimmy were lectured by Mr. Wolf in how to clean up their mess could be where you spend your Sundays eating family dinner. It’s been modernized since the shoot with more white paint and less hideous wallpaper, but the iconic island and range hood remain. Since you’re not likely buying it for film shoots or to give awesome speeches, it’s worth noting that it has a spacious backyard and is also near a good school district and the famed Tujunga Village. Just make sure you bring your own “cleaners and cleansers and shit like that” when you move in.
