Apple Is Giving Students Free Beats Headphones When They Buy a Mac or iPad

Look, college is expensive enough for us to argue you should use whatever brick of a laptop you have around the house. That said, we’re not naive, and we understand many college students want to shell out their (parents’) hard-earned money on a MacBook and/or an iPad. Well, at least right now Apple is making it a little more worth your while. Until the end of summer, Apple is giving students a pair of BeatsX earbuds, Beats Solo3 headphones, or Beats Powerbeats3 in-ear headphones when they buy a new Mac or iPad Pro. There are some slight discounts on the on the computers and tablets, as well. If you’re a college student in the market for a new Apple device that doesn’t fit in your pocket, now’s not a bad time to make the move.
