If you’re an IPA fan, you’re probably familiar with Interboro Spirits & Ales in Brooklyn. The brewery has gained a cult following for their hoppy numbers. But, as their name suggests, beers aren’t the only things they do. From the “Spirits” side of things comes Goodwin Hill Gin & Tonic, New York City’s first canned cocktail. Ideal for warm weather sipping, the canned mixed drink clocks in at an approachable 10% ABV, meaning it wasn’t made with a heavy hand or by the bartender trying to save the bar a few bucks in alcohol. If you want to get your hands on a 4-pack of 12 oz. cans, you need to head over to the distillery/brewery tomorrow evening, as Interboro plans on having these bad boys on the shelf at 5 p.m. and if they’re anything like their IPAs, they won’t last long.
