We’ve been pumped for this movie since last year’s Comic Con trailer, with its smash cuts, snappy dialogue, and intense, weird motion tracking special effects. We’ve probably watched that first trailer six times a day for six months straight. Now we finally got a second one. Any worries we had about Guy Ritchie compromising his distinct style for the sake of a marketable blockbuster are gone. We get a little less snap in the dialog, but in giving that up we get to see even more of the Ritchie’s ridiculously energetic camera. It’s hitting close ups, pulling shaking wide shots, and zipping through the slow-mo/fast-mo mixups we love so much. You don’t watch this trailer so much as get slammed through it. And who would’ve thought The Rolling Stones and King Arthur make such a good pair?
