Pentax just released details on the new KP DSLR that can shoot at ISO 819,200. Yes, you read that correctly. ISO 819,200. The 24.3 megapixel APS-C in the Pentax KP will allow you to shoot just about anything regardless of the lighting conditions, but we don’t have a thousand words to describe the pictures it takes in those conditions because Pentax hasn’t released samples yet. Beside the insanely sensitive light sensor, there are plenty of other features that are also exciting. 5-axis, in-body stabilization system. Pixel shift resolution technology. Vertical-tilt LCD screen. WiFi. Weather resistance. All those features combined make one heck of a camera, and the Pentax KP body will be available February 25th in North America.
