Chevy and Hurley just unveiled a new collaboration truck at SEMA that’s specifically designed to get surfers and their gear to remote locations with functionality and style. The mobile beach command center is built with a Colorado Z71 and equipped with a custom surfboard rack, storage systems and water-resistant seat covers made from Ventiprene, a breathable material similar to what’s used to make surfing wetsuits. This truck also has a concept lifted suspension, 17-inch Chevrolet Accessories wheels and Goodyear DuraTrac tires to help you get you and your gear wherever the surf is best. Functional accessories like a bedcover for shade, wetsuit drying rack, storage for drinking water, off-road lights and sport assist steps abound in the vehicle that’s sure to be a hit at the beach… if the concept gets produced.
