We’ve seen some wild and crazy concepts from Audi (hell, even some crazy production vehicles), but they all pale in comparison to the Truck for Audi project on Behance by the team of Belorusian designer Artem Smirnov and Ukrainian CAD Sculptor/Digital 3D Modeler Vladimir Panchenko. What started as a project to dream up an electric and autonomous vehicle for Audi resulted in two separate creations. Option A is an electric truck that autonomously drives on highways. Option B is the “electric truck show car” you see here that looks a bit like H.R. Giger was freelancing for Apple, who was contracted by Audi to design a truck for the future. The cockpit is exposed. The lines are clean and smooth, yet somehow ominous. Regardless of the fact that there are no fleshed out details because this is only a concept, this is one semi truck we would stare at on the road.
