Shinola’s line of American assembled watches keeps growing in breadth and style. The Detroit brand’s latest draws cues from Detroit vintage sign patinters. The Mechanic uses a modestly sized 40mm polished stainless steel cushion-style case, domed sapphire glass, three vivid colorways, and a display back to show off the 42-hour Swiss Selietta SW201-1 manual wind movement, a first for the brand.
