The Omega Speedmaster is an horological and astronautical icon. Omega is adding to its repertoire with a new automotive-inspired version that boasts the greatest accuracy of any mechanical automatic movement to the tune of 0/2+ seconds per day. The Omega Speedmaster Super Racing uses a newly-developed silicon Si14 balance spring “spirate” in the watch’s new Co-Axial Master Chronometer 9920 caliber. The watch case measures 44.25mm, and the two register layout showcases a black sandwich dial with a honeycomb pattern with a yellow enamel tachymeter scale. The watch boasts truly impressive levels of accuracy, sport-luxury style, and the Speedmaster legacy in equal amounts. It’s available now at Omega boutiques worldwide.
