Bremont continues to make a name for itself in the premium wristwatch market. Its latest is actually an update rather than a wholly new model. The Broadsword line gets a new member known as the Broadsword Recon which was inspired by the Dirty Dozen field watches issued to the British Army in World War II. The 40mm hardened stainless steel case gets mated to a matte black sandwich dial with vintage Swiss Super-LumiNova numerals and hands. The movement is a chronomter certified BE-95-2AV automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve. The watch is capped off by a domed sapphire crystal, and you can swap out the two straps: a striped canvas NATO and your choice of a Black Temple Island rubber strap or dark brown vintage leather strap. Only 200 of the Broadsword Recon versions will be made.
