Thom Yorke, founding member of Radiohead, got the band back together to release a remix to their hit song “Creep.” Yorke had pursued a solo career over the last few years with his most recent release 2019’s Anima. The band hasn’t released a studio album since their acclaimed A Moon Shaped Pool in 2016. So, the announcement of “Creep (Very 2021 Rmx)” by Thom Yorke featuring Radiohead caused quite a stir in the music world.

Yorke produced the remix for fashion designer Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER Fall 2021 show. This rendition of Radiohead’s “Creep” is a significantly slowed-down version — extending the run time to 9 minutes 2 seconds. It’s languid, moody, and surreal with ominous synths that up the uneasiness. You can watch the full official music video with illustrations from Takahashi above.
