Hold on to your sense of reality because the trailer for the latest Christopher Nolan film Tenet just dropped, and it’s full “Yo dawg, I heard you like Christopher Nolan films so I put some time travel in your time travel so you can time travel to save the world.” Or something. Honestly, we have no idea what the hell is going on–details have been kept purposely vague because it’s a Nolan film about screwing with time–but there are a few things to be gleaned from the otherwise confusing trailer. There some sort of agency that’s using time travel to prevent a catastrophe and said time travel appears to make things travel in reverse for a period of time. But none of that matters because it’s Christopher Nolan. It will be incredibly executed and filled with physics defining action sequences and gorgeous cinematography. Tenet hits theaters on 7/17/2020.
