The first of this bunch to catch our attention is Tonal, an intelligent fitness system that offers expert-led videos and personalized guidance. Tonal is composed of pulleys with adjustable arms, not unlike the ones you’d find at gyms the country over. Just like at the gym, you receive a collection of different handles to connect to the pulleys.
