The new Pixii Rangefinder Camera isn’t from the big boys, but it’s a brilliant new approach to photography from a French startup that’s not more complex but less so. The look is clean an unadorned, pointing to the Rangefinder’s functionality that aims for simplicity. It has no SD card slot but instead transfers its photos vis WiFI or Bluetooth and also eschews an LCD display by opting for Leica lenses or other lenses via a mounting kit. The Rangefinder also possesses a 0.67x optical viewfinder, LED-backlit frames, a 12-bit sampling rate, automatic parallax correction, a CMOS sensor, a high dynamic range, and a 100-6400 ISO range. Choose between 8GB storage or a 32GB option for more capacity.
