Most Bluetooth wireless speakers that function with AirPlay, PlayDirect or DLNA are concerned about things like being waterproof, available in a Big Box of colors or some other novelty that we know exists but can’t quite think of right now. Until now, there hasn’t really been an “affordable” (quotes because it’s still pricey) wireless audio device that would look as good in your study as your custom cabinets and your professor blazer. The Loop from Libratone is that device. Loop is a wireless audio unit that has 1×4 woofer, 2×1 ribbon tweeter and a passive radiator under the wool (yes, the cover is changeable) hood. It comes with a stand, wall mounting bracket and the input functionality to work with all the different wireless streaming options, along with USB and standard 3.5mm audio jacks.
