The Porsche 928 was intended to replace the iconic 911. Well, that never happened, but that doesn’t mean the bug-eyed 928 isn’t worthy. This one, in particular, was used in the filming of the 1979 Tom Cruise movie “Risky Business”. It also happens to be the very car in which Cruise learned to drive stick. And, it made the rounds at the Petersen Automotive Museum, as well as having been signed by the cast of the movie. This very car is up for auction. And it’s in pristine condition. So movie fans and Porsche-philes get your bids ready when it hits the block in September.
