2007 Porsche 911 Carrera S Safari

2007 Porsche 911 Carrera S Safari

The Porsche 911 is special all by itself, but when an owner decides to mod a 2007 911 Carrera S to make it into a Safari-spec off-road racer and quadruples its value, that’s something almost otherworldly. The owner purchased it off Bring a Trailer in 2018 for a humble $37,200 and then proceeded to Frankenstein it in the best of ways over the next few years. Additions included huge rally lights in the hood, a roll cage, new suspension components, added ride height, and new HRE wheels, BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires. The new Recaro racing seats, harnesses, WRC-style long shifter, new front bumper, bumper guards, ducktail spoiler, safari roof rack, spare tire, shovel, and ax just make the whole package look perfect. There’s no doubt the owner tacked on thousands worth of additions, but the $121,000 sale price back on BaT makes it more than worth it.
