ThirtyC Yacht Design has partnered with, of all firms, EV carmaker Polestar to create its latest watercraft: an electric hydrofoil boat known as the Falcon E8. The 26-foot Falcon E8 gets a streamlined monohull with a straight plumb bow for a smoother and faster ride and a transomless stern for easy access steps in the aft section. The beautiful teak deck is downright classic. The most prominent aspect is the 172 horsepower/126 kW or 304 horsepower/220 kW electric output that can move the Falcon E8 at a speed of 30 knots and 30 nautical miles of range.
