Harley-Davidson’s Serial 1 Mosh/CTY e-Bike was supposed to be just a design exercise, but the response to it was colossal and totally unexpected. The result is Harley-Davidson’s first production e-Bike known as the Mosh/Tribute. It’s based on the prototype, and it remains true to form with vintage styling cues based on the original Serial Number One motorcycle from 1903. This version, however, gets electric power from a 529 lithium-ion battery mated to a Brose S MAG motor for speeds up to 20 mph with a range of up to 105 miles. Hydraulic disc brakes provide stopping power, and the Gates carbon belt drive keeps things ultra-low maintenance. The white Schwalbe Super Moto-X tires pop nicely against the gloss black frame, and the hand-crafted leather saddle and grips harken back to the old days. The Mosh/Tribute comes in two sizes and is available for purchase now.
