The Ferrari Testarossa was never a convertible, but if you happened to be the Sultan of Brunei, one could be yours. This singular ‘Special Production” Spider version was commissioned in 1989 for the Sultan, and it was only driven 256 miles (the guy had a lot of cars). It has since been restored by Carrozzeria Zanasi, a Ferrari-approved specialist located in the same town as Ferrari HQ, Maranello. The car has undergone extensive work including full disassembly and cleaning of the engine and suspension, as well as receiving a new clutch and fuel pump. This rare car has been sold at the auction block at RM Sotheby’s on November 5th in London.
