Stone Brewing Is Building a Hotel

Stone Brewing Is Building a Hotel

In 2011, Stone Brewing announced they were expanding Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens by adding nearby Stone Hotel. After a long period of the project being on hold, it’s finally happening. Stone Brewing and Untitled Hospitality are building a hotel. As with everything Stone, Stone Hotel is set to be an all-encompassing craft beer experience that’s anything but ordinary. Bar-style lobby check-in with complimentary beer. Oversized guest rooms with growler delivery. Rare Stone memorabilia and gargoyles throughout. There are also things like a ballroom, rooftop garden, big balconies, a pool and unique art, but it’s really all about the beer and the bars. Three on-site bars will have all the Stone regulars along with archive special release beers and periodic unique cask tappings.
