Jeep Gladiator Farout Concept

Jeep Gladiator Farout Concept

So, pretty much every major car event in 2020 was canceled due to COVID-19, including the awesome Moab Jeep Easter Safari. But that didn’t stop Jeep from creating one of their concepts they typically unleash for adoring off-road fans to see at the Safari. This year, Jeep one-upped last year’s superb Wayout pickup truck with the Gladiator Farout Concept. Just as rugged as its sibling, the Farout is built for overlanding and gets an advantage via its new powertrain, a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel six-cylinder good for 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. Range over the standard V6 Gladiator is up by about 25%, which is a boon for serious overlanders. The Farout name is appropriate. It also gets a big 16-foot deployable rooftop tent, a two-inch lift from Jeep Performance Parts, Fox suspension, 17-inch matte black wheels with 37-inch mud-terrain tires, and a modified Rubicon bumper with a 12,000-pound Warn winch. The unique “Earl” grey paint color is just icing on the cake.
