Hyundai wants to tap into their quest for electric vehicles and just built one for kids. This diminutive EV modeled after their 45 Concept that bowed last year at the Frankfurt Auto Show. That car taps into Hyundai’s original Pony car and showcases the brand’s styling evolution that evokes the past and points to the future of electrification for the brand. The little car gets the “kinetic cube” headlights and becomes an open-top design for obvious reasons. It’s powered by two electric motors totalling 240W that send it to a safe top speed of 4.5 mph. There’s even an Emotion Adaptive Vehicle Control that can extend range based on how happy the driver is. Yeah, we’re not exactly sure how that works. We’re also not too keen on the wheel design, but hell, it should be fun, regardless. While there’s no word on production, Hyundai hasn’t ruled it out, either.
