This Easter celebration has nothing to do with bunnies, eggs, bonnets, or brunches, thank goodness. The Easter Jeep Safari is an off-roader’s delight and takes place over the course of nine days in Moab, Utah with some of the most impressive 4x4s to ever roam the earth, most of them from the iconic Jeep brand. This year is no exception, and now that the new 2020 Jeep Gladiator pickup is official, it’s a modder’s heaven. For this year, the 53rd year running, there are no fewer than five tasty interpretations of the Gladiator, as well as a classic but bonkers HEMI V8-powered Jeep Five-Quarter that’s based on the 1968 M-715 military-spec truck. The rest of the lot are Gladiator-based and include a Jeep Wayout overlander replete with a built-in elevated tent and snorkel, and a JT Scrambler that’s a beautiful homage to the original 1982 version with its brown roof and retro stripes. Whichever version tickles your canyon climbing fancy, there’s no doubt this year’s Jeep Safari will go down in the record books of vehicular fun. The event takes place from Saturday, April 13 to Sunday, April 21.
