And you thought getting a Hummer was a great idea. Screw that. This is the off-roader you want. This specialized Unimog 419 was modded by North Carolina’s Combat Iron Conversions, and it looks ready to take on… well, just about anything you can throw at it. It’s powered by a big six-cylinder diesel engine and gets features like a pickup bed, rear-mounted spare tires, roof rack with gas cans, LED lighting, front-mounted Warn winch, custom-made bumpers, and red tow hooks. The powder-coated paint job and riveted bed add to the ultra-tough look. The interior gets reptile-print cloth around the dash and seats, and there’s even a level gauge so you know how to keep the “shiny” side up. The ‘Mog also gets a 12-speed manual transmission (four low and four high gears, as well as four reverse gears), and a two-speed transfer case. The massive 43-inch off-road tires may mean you’ll require help changing ’em out if you ever do something crazy enough to blow a flat. You can bid on it for the next few days via Bring A Trailer.
