Well, “hook” isn’t really the right word, as there’s nothing hookish about the champagne cork coat hook. We all know hooks are for pirates, butchers, and amput… nevermind. Bad taste. Truth is though, if you’re gonna lay your hat or jacket up on a hook of some sort, why be so beige as to make it just a hook? The champagne cork gives a festive twist to the standard shape. Turns out the native shape of the champagne cork is remarkably suited for its hook re-purposing. Even better, give this to your buddy as a gift, a little token to remind him of a particular celebration ever time he hangs up his jacket. Or simply as a reminder of the night in general, as he may have had enough of the ‘pagne to forget it entirely.
