Anna Sliding Wall Cabin

The Anna might just be the most innovative cabin we’ve every laid eyes on. It’s the first one we’ve come across that takes outdoor living to new heights thanks to brilliant sliding walls and interior structures that bring the outside in. Initially designed by Caspar Schols for his mother, Anna actually looks quite conventional upon first glance. It’s inspired by old railway station houses and is constructed with beautiful Douglas Fir and Birch ply. Underneath there lies a series of tracks that allows you to pull the house back to open it up to the outside world. The interior frame also has a transparent canopy that allows protection without obstructing the view. Pull it all the way back, and you have untrammeled fresh air. While there’s enough from for two king beds, a full kitchen, and a bathroom, the Anna is light enough to go without a foundation and can be delivered flat-packed for easy installation. You can order it in three different configurations depending on your wants and needs. Each one boasts the same ingenious sliding walls that transform the cabin experience.
