The Best Presidents Cup Merch Has a Chicago Dog On It

Golf has no shortage of prestigious tournaments. But the Presidents Cup does things a little differently.

First played in 1994, the competition pits 12 of the best American golfers against an International Team. There’s no prize money. Just four days of match play and the rare chance to see some of the best golfers in the world playing as a team.

This year, it’s coming to Chicago.

The 2026 Presidents Cup action runs September 22–27 at Medinah Country Club, with competition beginning Thursday on the club’s famed Course No. 3. It’s the first Presidents Cup ever held in Chicago. Though, Medinah is hardly new to golf’s biggest stages. The course has previously hosted the Ryder Cup, two PGA Championships, and three U.S. Opens.

All of which makes it a pretty prestigious setting for a shirt with a hot dog on it. And we mean that as a compliment.

B. Draddy has released a limited-edition collection of screen-printed Presidents Cup gear ahead of this year’s tournament, and rather than simply stamping a tournament logo across the chest, the brand went considerably more playful.

The designs have the feel of old-school souvenirs. Think collegiate lettering, throwback graphics, faded colors, and the kind of slightly oddball illustrations you usually have to dig through racks at a vintage shop to find.

Our favorite, naturally, is the Chicago dog one.

There’s something wonderfully right about commemorating an event at Medinah Country Club with one of Chicago’s least pretentious culinary creations. A hot dog dragged through the garden, immortalized on golf merch.

More importantly, these don’t look like shirts that have to be retired once the final putt drops. Remove the context and they’re simply good graphic tees and sweatshirts. The sort of golf-adjacent stuff you could wear without looking like you just raided the tournament merchandise tent.
